Culina Collection Return Policy

 Returns & Exchanges Processing 
 
Orders from the Site may be returned for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.  All returns must be in their original packaging in new, un-used condition.    If you ordered by credit card, your account can expect to be credited within 2 - 4 weeks.  If you paid with a gift card or are returning a gift, you will receive a confirmation email with the amount of your credit once your item has been processed.  Gift card credit may be used for future Culina Collection purchases. 
 
From date of purchase, Culina Collection guarantees to repair or replace any cookware found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal. Plastic and wooden components not covered under warranty. If you feel your Culina Collection cookware has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone at 1-858-427-0614 or email us at customerservice@culinacollection.com for return procedures and a return authorization number. All costs, except the shipping to us, will be covered under the terms of the warranty.  You will only be responsible for the initial cost of shipping the product back for warranty evaluation.  Once the cookware has been evaluated and deemed to have a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced.  If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with the most comparable item in our current collections.
